Typically Swiss Hotel Taescherhof - Tasch

The hotel is ideally located right next to the train station, which makes it convenient for travel. The Alpine Style Beautiful room with a south-facing balcony was spacious, modern, and allowed for plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable, and the staff provided helpful advice on local attractions and activities. The atmosphere was pleasant.

The shower size in the bathroom was uncomfortably small.

This hotel is located right next to the train station. It is well constructed and we could not hear the trains, despite being able to see them from our room.

The hotel is undergoing major alterations and additions. I suspect these will continue for the rest of the year. The hotel has a sauna and hot tub but too much chlorine is used in the hot tub to the extent that the air burns your eyes and throat. We could not stay in the tub more than 5 minutes.

The hotel was pleasant and overall clean with pretty friendly and amiable staff at the reception desk. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for evening meals. The views across street were nice! Close to the train station, the location was amazing and excellent, lovely to relax in after a day's skiing. Also, I loved proximity to Bahnweg Zermatt.

The buffet breakfast was amazing! Just loved the coffee options and variety of fresh fruits 🍉. The bedroom was cozy, but there was some smoke seeping in from the balcony next door.

Spotless and new-fashioned rooms with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. Particularly good location for Tasch, short walk to the supermarket and the Tasch railway station and other ski areas. Fantastic food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

Friendly staff and close proximity to train station to go to Zermatt - Matterhorn.

There were lovely romantic and brand-new rooms with comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was right by the supermarket, and the railway station to Zermatt...

The comfort of the room and the quality of staff and breakfast.

The bed was comfy, but the shower was tricky with water temperature.

The supposed spa facilities were closed, how could they do that in peak season? The bathroom was cramped and really needs an update. And honestly, I woudl have expected an upgrade since I was looking foward to my stay, but alas, here I am, very disappointed instead. Just couldn't believe it!

This hotel is a very good option if you are skiing in Zermatt. It's opposite the train station and it is very easy to get to the ski fields. The hotel is cosy and not posh but the quality of service is excellent.

Very good place next to train station in Tasch. Very convenient to Zermatt. Hotel very clean. Small restaurant attached was good.
